1 credit = 1 verified lead. If you upload 500 numbers and we verify 400 of them as reachable humans, you use 400 credits. Credits refresh monthly and unused credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. There are no overages — if you need more leads than your plan includes, upgrade to the next tier.
Uploading a list doesn't use any credits. Credits are only deducted when we successfully verify a lead and deliver a result. If a number is invalid or can't be reached after two attempts, it doesn't count against your credits. You only pay for verified results.
